Load Pins fSENS MA series force transducers are used for measurement of static and dynamic loads by means of shearing forces. They can be adapted to customer needs and the appropriate machines very easily. The load pins are manufactured using a special strain gauge application method from inside the shaft. Areas of application include safe load indications or rated capacity indicators on cranes and winches, weight control or other force measurements on vehicles or vessels. Customers can decide whether using predefined standard load pins which are available for several load intervals or ordering a customized version especially designed for a certain environment. In any case calibration is performed under practical mounting conditions, providing a significant accuracy statement. In addition to the standard current loop or CANopen interfaces, fSENS MA products are also available with a cordless interface, compliant to our wireless sensor series consoles and transceivers.
