iSCALE Control System The iSCALE Control System delivers efficient, future-proof control solutions that meet your customer’ s demands in any mobile machinery application. Its modular design provides a flexible control platform that supports customized solutions, while incorporating tomorrow’ s safety standards. The modular concept supports integration of further standards, such as SIL2 and EN13849 PL d. The new Mobile Control System consists of CPUs ranging from low-end to high-end controls that are available with a modular system design of IO and communication options. The controls combine 32-bit microprocessor technology with an integrated system for safety related applications in a compact housing designed for harsh environments. The IP66/ 67 version of cSCALE controls combine the same performance and functionality levels as the IP20 version together with the high protection classes of IP66 and IP67 ( version with IP6k9k is also available as an option) . Besides a basic set of integrated I/ Os, the IP66/ 67 version can also adopt additional modular I/ O and communication options.
